Oriental Coleslaw Recipe

ORIENTAL COLESLAW

SLAW:
2 - 1# bags of cole slaw or broccoli slaw (or similar amounts of shredded cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, broccoli, etc.)
1 bunch of green onions (optional)

CRUNCHIES:
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, broken up (Oriental flavor – or 1 Oriental and 1 Chicken)
4 oz. pkg. almond slivers
4 oz. pkg. sunflower seeds (shelled)

DRESSING:
2 pkgs. Ramen noodle seasoning (from crunchies)
1/3 c. cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar
½ c. sugar (more or less to taste)
½ c. oil

Combine salad ingredients separate from dressing ingredients. Toss salad with crunchies and dressing right before serving.
